Fiduciary is a legal standard adopted by a relatively small, but growing segment of independent financial professionals who have abandoned big box firms, relinquished their broker status, and made the decisions to become a registered investment advisor. These professionals get paid for financial advice and by law must remove any potential conflicts of interest or at minimum disclose them and put their clients’ needs above their own.
We pride ourselves on customer service and revolutionizing the customer experience. We have 4 phases that all customers go through to ensure financial success.
Phase 1 – The First Meeting: After speaking with a Titletown advisor on the phone, we set up a face to face meeting at a location that is the most convenient for you. We sit down and discuss your current situation and what goals you would like to accomplish. Once we know your overall goals, we dig deeper and collect data using a fact finder to make sure that we are getting an overall picture of your current financial situation. Once that data is collected, we move to Phase 2.
Phase 2 – Analyzing: Once the data is gathered we work with a team of financial experts to cover every avenue of your financial situation. We ask each other questions and discuss strategies that we feel will place you in the best financial position moving forward. After this analysis is complete, we proceed to Phase 3.
Phase 3 – Presenting a Plan: Once we have discussed all options available and strategies that the team thinks will be great options for you, we set up another meeting at a convenient location. We sit down and present multiple options that we think would be a great step forward. After the options are presented, we allow you to choose what plan you feel will fit best with your overall financial goals. When a plan is chosen, we proceed to Phase 4.
Phase 4 – Monitoring: With any good plan, once it is put into place, it needs to be monitored. Where most financial advisors fail, is that they set one appointment per year with their client face to face. Titletown’s policy is to set up a minimum of 2 face to face meetings per year. These meetings provide us with additional opportunities to educate you on all aspects of your financial situation and to comfort you to know that we are committed to making sure we have your best interest at heart. We do this to ease your mind and to let you know that we are always evaluating every piece of your financial situation.
